By accessing or using the Founder Sherpa platform and website (the "Service"), operated by Founder Sherpa, Inc. ("Founder Sherpa," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Founder Sherpa provides a customer discovery platform that helps product leaders structure interviews, capture insights, and validate hypotheses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the platform, including interview notes, hypotheses, and insights ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without express written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Founder Sherpa, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Payment and Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your User Content prior to termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founder Sherpa, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
